SM Tour and Services provides car rental, bus rental, tempo traveller hire, and tour package services primarily in Uttarakhand and across India. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking and Confirmation
Submitting a booking inquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only upon written or verbal confirmation from SM Tour and Services along with receipt of any applicable advance payment. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.
3. Pricing and Payments
All prices quoted are indicative and subject to change based on fuel costs, route, season, and vehicle availability. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payments may be made via bank transfer, UPI, or cash as agreed. Any applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation charges may apply depending on the notice period before the travel date. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund of any advance paid, at our discretion. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of travel are generally non-refundable. Please contact us directly to discuss your specific situation.
5. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and fellow travellers. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and carrying prohibited items are not permitted in our vehicles. SM Tour and Services reserves the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger's conduct endangers safety or violates these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
SM Tour and Services shall not be liable for any delays, losses, or damages arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to road closures, adverse weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions. Our liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape or harvest content without our written permission.
